City Country Beach hosted a day of luxury experiences to celebrate spring and style at the iconic Bedford Post Inn.
Set against the rolling countryside of Bedford, NY, the historic Bedford Post Inn became the backdrop for an elegant celebration of spring as City Country Beach gathered an intimate group of tastemakers, creatives, and style insiders for a day defined by fashion, hospitality, and understated luxury. The experience unfolded as a seamless experience where relaxed refinement meets thoughtful entertaining.
Guests arrived mid-morning to the sprawling property and made their way to The Barn, transformed for the occasion into the City Country Beach Café — a one-day culinary pop-up designed to serve the best of local cuisine and connection.
Beneath rustic beams and flooded with soft spring light, attendees enjoyed over a gourmet breakfast bar of freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit, and expertly prepared coffee, setting an unhurried tone for the day ahead. The atmosphere felt both intimate and elevated, with conversation flowing as naturally as the cappuccinos being poured.
Upstairs, the experience transitioned into an exclusive luxury shopping moment centered around a celebrated French fashion house. Curated by City Country Beach, the presentation featured an edit of warm-weather essentials spanning supple leather goods, timeless ready-to-wear, and polished accessories designed for the season ahead. Guests moved through the collection at leisure, discovering pieces that embodied effortless elegance, sophistication and the enduring appeal of classic Parisian-inspired dressing.
After shopping, guests made their way down to the idyllic terrace, where glasses of rosé and champagne were served ahead of a VIP lunch co-hosted by local tastemakers Victoria Lampley, Stefanie Heleva, and Sarah Sadie Newett. Attendees enjoyed a farm-to-table menu featuring beet and ricotta salad, branzino, and chicken paillard was paired with crisp white wine. For a final touch of indulgence, each guest received thoughtful gifting from Tania Bulhões, The Fill, and Hu Chocolate. As the afternoon lingered into early evening, the gathering captured the essence of modern luxury entertaining: warm, polished, and deeply personal.
